In keeping with this month's heartfelt theme, "Oh, Give Thanks," we were thrilled to show our deep appreciation to our outstanding vendors by presenting them with "Oh Give Thanks" certificates. These certificates are a small token of our gratitude for their unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions to our community. A special shoutout goes to this year's award recipients, who have shown up and given their all month after month. Their dedication is the true backbone of our community, and we’re immensely grateful for their continued support, hard work, and the positive energy they bring to everything they do!

The recent event was overall a memorable evening filled with community spirit, vibrant energy, and a strong sense of togetherness. The celebration began with the Dope Era Whips Car Club, showcasing an impressive lineup of classic cars that captivated everyone. The celebration continued with Turf Inc.’s dynamic dance performance, captivating the crowd with their incredible energy and skill. Mario B’s exclusive fashion show then took center stage, impressing everyone with his stunning designs and sophisticated style. The evening wrapped up with the Soul Beatz Community Drum Circle, whose lively rhythms brought everyone together in a joyful and uplifting experience, leaving the crowd feeling connected and inspired.

Our main stage was a true celebration of Oakland's vibrant artistic spirit, showcasing an extraordinary lineup of talent that captivated the audience from start to finish. The stage came alive with dynamic performances by Theeremedy, Lady Sn3ak, M80, IceMeez, MacAuthor Maze, and PRYMRR. Each artist brought their own distinctive energy and style, delivering performances that not only entertained but also resonated deeply with the crowd. From thought-provoking lyrics to electrifying beats, every set highlighted the immense creativity and artistry that thrives within Oakland's community. The diversity of sound and the passion in each performance left an unforgettable mark, reflecting the heart and soul of our city’s musical scene.

The evening was made even more special with the presentation of not one, but two Outstanding Citizenship Awards!  Turf Inc was recognized for creating a safe, supportive space for underserved youth and adults through the empowering art of “turfing,” fostering creativity and growth. The second award went to Mario B, whose resilience has turned life’s challenges into strength while protecting safe spaces across Oakland and the Bay Area. Through fashion, he uplifts local businesses, and his compassion and dedication continue to inspire. We are grateful for these remarkable individuals and their contributions to Oakff, which strengthen our community. Congratulations to Turf Inc and Mario B — your impact is lasting, and we look forward to many more milestones ahead!
